On June 4, Allegri Ensemble will join Hobart Chamber Orchestra in Harmonies of the Divine, a varied program including Bach’s serene motet O Jesu Christ, mein’s Lebens Licht, Tallis’ If ye love me and Sancte Deus and Fauré’s Cantique de Jean Racine. We will celebrate composers from the Baltic states with Arvo Pärt (Da pacem, Domine and The deer’s cry) and Pēteris Vasks (Pater noster).

Hobart Chamber Orchestra conducted by Emma McGrath, will delight with Górecki’s Three pieces in olden style and Grieg’s ever-popular Holberg suite.

Sunday 4 June at 3pm in St David’s Cathedral, Hobart
