In the book of the Acts Christians celebrated in the temple courts, in homes, in big groups and in small groups. They prayed, they praised, they recalled the words of Jesus and broke bread with one another. A biblical writer gives encourages people to meet together to “spur one another on toward love and good deeds” and to “encourage one another” and “all the more as we see the Day of Christ approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Our midweek communities are an opportunity to encourage one another, share with one another, and strengthen one another here in Hobart.
